The event has been rescheduled, now what?

Due to the measures surrounding the corona crisis we are forced to move Essential Festival to 10-09-2022. We are very sorry to have to make this decision, in recent weeks we have explored all possibilities to realize Essential Festival 2021; unfortunately this no longer appears to be a realistic option. For us it is important to keep looking forward with a positive outlook and to find a suitable solution for everyone. If you have already paid a deposit (or already have a ticket), this remains valid for the edition on 10-09 2022!

When do I need to complete my remaining payment?

As soon as we have certainty that Essential Festival 2022 will go ahead, we will start the remaining payments.

Will my tickets remain valid for the new edition of Essential Festival?

If you had already paid a deposit (or already have a ticket), it remains valid for the edition on 10-09 2022!

How can I request a refund?

You really can't make it to the 2022 edition? As a registered ticket buyer it is also possible to request a refund. You can request a refund by clicking here. When requesting a refund you must enter your order number, which can be found in the confirmation email of your purchase. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact CM Tickets using this link. The full amount, excluding service fees, will be transferred within 12 weeks to the account with which the ticket was purchased.

If you bought a ticket for the 2020 edition it will automatically remain valid for Essential Festival 2022. You really can't make it on this date? The person who bought the ticket can request a refund. You can request a refund by clicking here.

Please note that it is possible to request a refund until October 26, 2021 23:59.
