I made a deposit but am unable to visit?

We're sorry to hear that you're not able to visit us on 03 September 2022! In this case it's possible to apply for a refund until May 31st 2022.

Please keep in mind that:

  • Until May 31st 2022 23:59 it is possible to apply for a refund;
  • To complete the form you need the personal data of the person that bought the tickets;
  • It is only possible to apply for a complete refund of the order;
  • The full amount exclusive of service fee will be returned to you (after completion of the refund form) within 12 weeks after May 31st 2022.

When do I need to complete my remaining payment?

Did you make a downpayment for the edition of 2021? Then you've received an e-mail on April 11th 2022 between 16:30 and 17:00 with instructions regarding the completion of your payment! In this e-mail you will find a unique ticketlink and code in order to complete the full payment and receive a full ticket! Tip: be sure to check you spam as well!

Please pay attention: it is only possible until May 31st 2022 to finish your payment. After May 31st 2022 it is not possible anymore to complete the full payment.

Will my tickets remain valid for the new edition?

If you already have a full ticket for one of the previously cancelled editions it remains valid for the edition on 03-09 2022! You don't need a new ticket, the barcode will be valid.
