Essential Festival reserves the right to deny anyone access to the event at any time.

Essential Festival may change its policies at any time.

Essential Festival reserves the right to record visitors via video or audio at the event location. These recordings may be used by the organization without any compensation to the individuals recorded.

Visitors may be searched at the entrance if requested.

Essential Festival is a 16+ event. If there is any doubt about age, ID will be required. If you're under 16 and cannot show a valid ID, you may be refused entry.

A valid ID according to Dutch law is required.

Essential Festival is accessible for people with disabilities. Where needed, there are wide passages, and where stairs are present, adjustments will be made. Disabled toilets are always available. There are no separate areas for disabled visitors. Wheelchairs and crutches are allowed.

There is sufficient seating on-site. Visitors are not allowed to bring their own chairs, even if they cannot stand for extended periods.

Visitors with special medication must report this to security at the bag check. You will be referred to the first aid post, where you may leave your medication. For special cases, contact info@dusktodawnentertainment.nl.

Own food, drinks, bottles, cans, alcohol, glass, and flammable materials are not allowed and will be confiscated.

Drugs are prohibited. This includes both possession and sale. Anyone caught with drugs will be handed over to the police immediately.

The possession and/or use of laughing gas/nitrous oxide is strictly forbidden at the event.

Weapons are strictly prohibited. Leave anything that could be considered a weapon at home. Any item that could be used as a weapon will be confiscated.

Commercial activities on or around the event site are not allowed.

Attending the event is entirely at your own risk.

To ensure safety and a smooth flow of people, the rule applies: once your ticket is scanned, re-entry is not allowed.

Essential Festival is not liable for damage, loss of property, or injury to visitors.

There will be strict monitoring for disturbances in and around the event area. Anyone misbehaving will be removed immediately.

(Semi-)professional photo equipment is not allowed unless press accreditation is granted. Basic (digital) cameras or a GoPro are allowed. Selfie sticks are not allowed.

Umbrellas are not allowed at Essential Festival.

Essential Festival is not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by inaccuracies, issues, or technical problems related to the distribution of information via the internet.

Cancellation or refund of purchased tickets is not possible.

Essential Festival is not liable for any hearing damage.
